Score your last sales call against the 12 things that decide whether they buy
Works on a call you already recorded. You don't need sales experience to grade a call; you built the offer, you know what a good answer sounds like. This shows you where the call lost them.
- The 12 criteria on one page, with a 0-2 score for each, so a call becomes a number you can compare to the next one
- The three places a founder-run call usually loses the deal (they are not the places you think)
- The one line to say at the end of every call so the follow-up doesn't depend on your memory
Where should I send it?

What you'll do with it
- Open the scorecard and pick one recorded call from the last month. Any call. A lost one is best.
- Watch the class with the call open next to it. It walks the twelve criteria one at a time, on a real call I scored myself.
- Score your call as you go. You'll end with a number out of 24. The number matters less than the three lowest lines; that's where the call went.
The scorecard is a rubric I wrote from my own sales calls, starting with no experience and rising through the ranks quickly on the offers I worked. It's a method, not a result, and it works the same on a demo, a consulting call or a done-for-you pitch.
Nothing to buy on this page, and nothing to buy in the first five emails either.
